- Catholic Moms Ministry
  
  St. Clare Catholic Moms Ministry is made up of women who wish to grow in our Catholic faith, support and encourage other moms, and learn more about ourselves, while living out the vocation of motherhood. We are women of all ages and all stages of motherhood and welcome new mothers, grandmothers and “spiritual” mothers to join our ministry. We host an annual Living Rosary every April and Crowning of Mary in May. We also host the Gathering Inn once a year, a Lenten Soup Dinner, the Trunk-or-Treat in October and help the parish as needed. Examples include, but are not limited to, providing snacks for Parish Retreats, cooking dinner for visiting Priests, baking for funerals and serving food after the Easter Vigil. We meet the 3^rd Monday of every month from 7:00-9:00pm (usually in the St. Clare Room) for our Visitation Gatherings. We also meet to pray the Holy Rosary and Divine Chaplet of Mercy every Wednesday at 9:15am (after Mass) in the St. Clare Room. We facilitate an 8 week study for mothers called Momnipotent once or twice a year. The next session will be held on Tuesday nights, starting on September 6^th and runs through November 1^st.   Forever Young
  The aim of the Forever Young ministry is to improve the quality of life for mature adults who have retired or who are nearing retirement. This accomplished through spiritual, informational, social or service oriented activities. These may include discussions of faith, information about legal services, or social and community matters of interest to retirees. Meetings include fellowship, lunch and guest speakers. Forever Young also supports other St. Clare parish activities. Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month.
  
  Library
  
  The St. Clare Library is run by a committee of volunteers dedicated to establishing and maintaining a resource center where parishioners can donate or borrow books; mostly spiritual, historical, biographical, self-help and entertaining books for children and adults. The Library is located in the St. Clare Room in the Church building and is open on Sundays from 9:00 - 1:00 p.m. and on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30 - 11:30 a.m.
  
  Tuesday Hospitality
  
  All are invited to St. Clare Room after 8:30 morning mass every Tuesday for coffee, tea, pastries and fellowship. If you would like to help with this ministry, contact Nancy Blaney at 771-0721.
  
  Welcoming Committee
  
  Our chief objective is to continue and enhance the warm spirit of community practiced by our parishioners from the beginning of the parish of only 500 families to the present day parish of over 4000 families. The Welcoming Ministry is a service oriented group and does not hold formal meetings.
  
  Whenever a new family registers as members of St. Clare Parish, one of our members contacts them by telephone within 2 weeks to welcome them and offer assistance. Every weekend before and after Masses, our members provide assistance and registration materials needed at our hospitality table located in the Narthex. We also urge all parishioners to participate in our scrip program offered by several local markets.
  
  Youth Ministry
  
  IGNITE High School Ministry meets on Sunday evenings following the 5:00 pm mass (6:00 to 8:30 pm). There is always a faith topic (scripture, prayer, Catholic sexuality, contemporary issues and Catholic social teaching). There is always food. There is always fun.
  
  In addition to Sunday evenings, there are a variety of onsite and offsite events such as movie nights, concerts, service events, retreats and more. All high school students are invited to any and all youth ministry events. See our webpage for our calendar of events
  
  EMBER Middle School Ministry (6-8th grade) meets on the 1st and 3rd Fridays of each month from 7:00 - 9:00 pm. Social and spiritual topics and events. See our webpage for calendar of events
