Sacrament preparation is a
two year process for students starting in 1
st grade (or older if necessary). All children need to be baptized in the Catholic Church (a copy of baptismal certificate is needed) in order to enroll in this preparation. Our requirements include: weekly attendance in faith formation class, weekly attendance at Sunday mass, parent meetings, family nights and a retreat in year two of preparation. Schedules/Calendars are given at the first parent meeting of each year.
Confirmation preparation is a
two year process for students in 8
th grade or above. All youth need to be baptized in the Catholic Church (a copy of baptismal certificate is needed), and have celebrated the sacraments of 1
st Reconciliation and 1
st Eucharist in order to enroll in this preparation. Our requirements include: weekly attendance in Confirmation class, weekly attendance at Sunday mass, parent/youth meetings, sponsor nights, 2 retreats and participation in the diocesan Confirmation conference. Schedules/Calendars are given at the first parent/youth meeting.

Continuing Faith Formation
All children and youth, who have celebrated the sacraments of Reconciliation, Eucharist and Confirmation, are encouraged to learning and growing in their faith by continuing in weekly faith formation classes. These classes are offered to students in 3
rd through 7
th grades.
High school students are encouraged to attend our high school youth ministry program that meets Sunday evenings. Information on high school ministry can be found

For those preparing to celebrate a sacrament: A Baptismal certificate MUST be on file or attached to the registration form in order to complete registration.
Payment for Faith Formation classes (based on current fees). Payment can be made in the form of cash, check, online and Visa/MasterCard. A financial arrangement form may be filled out in the Faith Formation office if a family requires a payment plan or scholarship.
Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults adapted for Children and Youth
For children and youth who are eight years and older, who have
not been baptized, our parish offers a two year program of classes on the Catholic Church, sacraments, the mass, prayer and the basics of the Catholic faith.
