Registration for 2023-24 is now open! Please fill out one Family form and a Student form for each child.

1. Families must be registered with the parish in order to register. If you are not registered, Click Here to Register at St Clare. 
2. If already registered with St Clare, please download and fill out the necessary documents:
   • Family Information (Required) - One Per Family
   • Student Information (Required) - One Per Child
     • K-12th Grade (General Faith Formation/Youth Ministry)
     • Adaptive Faith Formation (Only for students with disAbilities)
3. Once completed, return all forms to Faith Formation Office or Parish Office.
   • Mon/Tues/Thurs: 9am-5pm
   • Fri: 9am-4pm
   • or email to childrensministry@stclareroseville.org with proof of online payment 
4. Registration Fee:
   • 2nd Year First Communion or 2nd Year Confirmation - $120 per student
   • RCIA for Children/Teens - No fee
   • All other students - $50 each
5. You may submit payment in-person or online. If paying online, please be sure to submit your payments under Faith Formation or Confirmation.

All children and youth enrolling into a Sacrament Preparation (First Reconciliation, First Communion, & Confirmation) must submit a copy of their baptismal certificates, only if not baptized at St.Clare Church, in order to register.
